CoServe was created in 2012 with a simple plan: to surround ourselves with great people, create a great culture, and serve our clients well. With very few exceptions, we have always hired great people from day one, and we have always had the best intentions to provide our clients with excellent service.
One thing we learned after years of struggling with finding the right recipe for excellence was that we never effectively defined EXACTLY what our core values are, and what we would be intolerant of. Because of that, we found ourselves playing tug of war over direction and what’s most important amongst the leaders we have brought into the company.
Through reflecting on our path, and analyzing what our Leadership team personally stands for, we discovered our true Core Values. This is who we are, and living out these values is a condition of employment at CoServe for every employee. It is our “Permission to Play” the game with us here at CoServe. There are lots of great things to stand for in the world, and we respect everyone’s personal opinions. However, people that don’t share our personal Core Values will never be able to fully integrate here at CoServe, so we encourage them to find another great place to work.

Everything we do here at CoServe has measurable expected RESULTS, and we each individually own achieving those results. We are a high-performance team that works with a purpose, and we do not tolerate busy work. It is just a waste of time that slows us down from getting where we are trying to go.
Every decision we make and every action we take is based on character and INTEGRITY. The simple test is to ask myself: “is this the right way to handle the situation?”. We always do the right thing.
Work life is full of challenges, and there are plenty of legitimate reasons things don’t get done. We believe there are two types of people: those who make excuseswhy it didn’t get done, and those who make things happen. We make things happen in spite of all the challenges by approaching every job with TENACITY.
Our name is CoServe for a reason. It is what we do, we serve together. And if we are going to serve, we might as well make it an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE for the people we are serving, both internally and externally. They deserve it, and they will greatly appreciate us for providing them with it.
The first letter of each of our Core values spell out “RITE”. We believe the CoServe Way is doing business the “RITE Way”. This is our standard, and we will not tolerate less.
